College Savings Fund

College Foundation of North Carolina – CFNC

ARHS offers employees the opportunity to save for a family member’s college education expenses with the convenience of a regular payroll deduction. Anyone can open an account for anyone of any age, even a newborn. You can even open an account for yourself. A minimum semi-monthly contribution of $25 is required for each account that you open. Account earning grow tax-free. Use for college expenses at virtually any college anywhere. Contact Payroll for payroll deduction authorization form.

Tuition Reimbursement

ARHS

ARHS encourages and supports employee self-development! For all FT, PT and PRN employees that have completed 90- days of service and are in “good standing,” ARHS will reimburse tuition, book and fees for the employee in the following amounts for each fiscal year until the degree is obtained. Please review the Tuition Reimbursement Policy (HR-500) for terms and conditions.

Full-Time

Associates Degree – $1,500
Bachelor’s Degree – $2,000
Master’s Level Program or Doctorate – $2,500

Part-Time
$1,000 (all pursuits as stated for full-time)

PRN
$500 (all pursuits as stated for full-time)
